Needs for Teams Picking 13-16 in the 2014 NFL Draft

13.)Rams
Needs: Corner Backs, Safeties, Running Back
With the loss of Cortland Finnegan the Rams need to bring in some more help at the corner position and also need to bring in help at safety.  The NFC West is known for their running but the Seahawks and 49ers can also throw and the Cardinals have Larry Fitzgerald so the Rams must get help to stop the passing attack.  The Rams are also young at running back but I feel if they add another running back in this draft possibly in the second round they can help make it better.

14.)Chicago Bears
Needs: Defensive Line, Linebacker
The Bears did sign Jared Allen who is a great player, but they need more help there on the line, they ranked dead last in the NFL last season against the run, that is not what the Bears defense is known for.  They also need linebackers as well, Lance Briggs is a great player for the Bears but they need help to replace the great Brian Urlacher.

15.)Pittsburgh Steelers
Needs: Wide Receiver, Linebacker, Running Back
The Steelers lost Mike Wallace before the 2013 season and just lost Emmanuel Sanders in free agency this off season, that has to be their top priority, they cannot rely on the weapons they have right now.  The loss of Lamar Woodley to the Raiders also hurts they need to start re-building at the linebacker position.  And as for the Running Back spot I would have had that higher but the signing of  Legarrette Blount helped that need drop on my list.

16.)Dallas Cowboys
Needs: Defense, defense and oh yeah.... DEFENSE!
The Cowboys defense was not good at all last yea, they ranked 30th against the pass and 27th against the run.  This team needs to fix that issue quickly and especially since they cut ties with DeMarcus Ware which to me was a big mistake considering how pitiful they looked on the defense last season.  Jerry Jones better choose wisely this season.
