Needs for Teams Pick 21-24 in the 2014 NFL Draft

21.) Green Bay Packers
Needs: Offensive Line, Defensive Backs, Defensive Line

The Green Bay packers have one of the top quarterbacks in the game if not the top QB, last season they ranked 24th in sacks allowed, they must do better than that if they want to keep Aaron Rodgers healthy for a full season.  Last year he missed games due to injury, in 2014 that cannot be afforded.  They ranked 24th in pass defense and 25th in run defense in 2013, they have to bolster the offensive line and defensive back positions in order to better their defense.  They play some of the top receivers in the game 4 times total a season, this is a must fix for the Pack.

22.) Philadelphia Eagles
Needs: Offensive Line, Defensive Backs

The Eagles ranked 25th in sacks allowed last year, they must better protect the passer otherwise if Nick Foles goes down they will either have to put Mark Sanchez or Matt Barkley in the game, I do not think the team wants that.  The defense last year struggled as well, the Eagles were the last ranked team against the pass.  With the recent acquisitions of receivers by the Giants and Redskins and the threat of Dez Bryant in Dallas the Eagles have to fix that problem now.

23.) Kansas City Chiefs
Needs: Wide Receiver, Defensive Backs, Linebacker

The Chiefs were a great story last year, but they need to fix their receiving corp, Bowe gets the job done but Alex Smith needs help here to better their passing attack.  If Jamal Charles goes down they need to air it out and I do not have faith they can with the receiving corp they have.  The Chiefs need more play makers in the secondary and also at linebacker, especially with how the Broncos tore the NFL up last year and also because the Chiefs imploded against the Colts in the playoffs.

24.) Cincinnati Bengals
Needs: Defensive Back, Offensive Tackle, Quarterback

Leon Hall, Terrence Newman and Pac-Man Jones have played well for the Bengals but they will only play well for so long, it is time the Bengals started drafting for the future now instead of when this truly becomes a position of need on their team.  The Bengals currently hold 2 offensive tackles on their team, if they want to protect Andy Dalton, especially his blind side they need to fix that area.
And I think my third need may be a shock to some but Andy Dalton has not played well in the playoffs and also at times in the regular season since being drafted in 2011.  If he falters this season the Bengals could cut bait and move on with someone new.
