Needs for Teams Pick 17-20 in the 2014 NFL Draft

17.) Ravens
Needs: Running Back, Safety
The Ravens ranked 30th in the NFL last season in rushing and now with Ray Rice and his situation of facing criminal charges the Ravens need to start looking elsewhere to find another running back.  I would not be surprised if they took one in the second round of the draft.  The departure of Ed Reed after the 2012 season shows that the Ravens need to replace him, that is another area of importance the Ravens must fix this season.  If the Ravens had not signed Steve Smith I would have put receiver on here as well, but the Ravens seem to have that under control.

18.) Jets
Needs: Cornerback, Safety, Tight End
With Antonio Cromartie's release the Jets have a need here at the corner position especially after missing out in free agency on some of the NFL's top corners including former Jet Darrelle Revis.  Safety is also another position of need on this team, Rex Ryan loves his defense, the passing defense of the Jets was 22nd in the NFL last season so look for the Jets to improve there.  The Jets could always use another tight end to go along with free agent receiver signings Eric Decker and Jacoby Ford to help Geno develop.

19.) Miami Dolphins
Needs: Offensive line, tight end
With Jonathan Martin gone and the likelihood of Richie Incognito being gone the Dolphins must fix that leaky offensive line.  Ryan Tannehill took a beating last season, the Dolphins allowed a league worst 58 sacks, if they want to protect who they believe to be their franchise quarterback they have to protect him.  The Dolphins also need a tight end to help open up the passing game in 2014.

20.) Arizona Cardinals
Needs: Running Back, Outside Linebacker
The retirement of Rashard Mendenhall left the Cardinals without a true running back, and for a team that ranked 23rd in the run last season they cannot afford to miss out on a running back.  As for the outside linebacker spot it is important that the Cardinals address this need because John Abraham is not getting any younger.  The Cardinals also have to find a quarterback to groom behind Carson Palmer who is aging as well.
