Falcons at 49ers 8:40 PM ESPN
Synopsis:
The Atlanta Falcons season has been nothing but a disappointment, they are nowhere near any type of post-season contention spotting a 4-10 record to follow up the 2012 season where they fell just short of the Super Bowl. Now they must play for their pride and hope to finish 6-10, tonight will be a big test for them.
The San Francisco 49ers are sitting with a 10-4 record which is 2nd best in the NFC West, and this game is truly a must win because if they lose they would fall to 10-5 and be behind the Saints for the playoff seeding due to their loss in New Orleans earlier this season. To be honest I do not see this being a issue for the 49ers who seem to be rolling at the right time and could make another run for Super Bowl.
The Falcons could play spoiler tonight but that is to be seen.
